1978年西南一隅，浦辉集团的前身重庆鸡冠石建筑工程公司在南岸鸡冠石镇成立，从一般建筑工程开始发展，广纳人才，逐步壮大，成为重庆市首批具有一级建筑资质的公司，同时配套延伸出建筑材料、建筑设备等产业。
In 1978, at the city' s southwestern corner, Chongqing Jiguanshi Construction Company, which later grew intoPuhui Group, was established in Jiguanshi Town of Nan' an District. Jiguanshi Company started from ordinaryconstruction projects, expanded in size with increased number of talents, and became one of the first batch ofGrade I construction enterprises in Chongqing. Jiguanshi Company also engaged in such associated industries as construction materials and equipment.

1995年，重庆浦辉房地产开发公司成立，最早涉足房地产项目的开发，成立之初开发完成了12万方的杏园小区。
In 1995, Chongqing Puhui Real Estate Development Company was established and started to develop a real estate project, Apricot Garden Residential Community (120,000m2) was the result.

1999年，南岸海棠晓月项目启动，以当时500亩的规模，超前的规划，被称为“重庆第一大盘”。

2002年，南滨路开通，海棠晓月度假村开放，海棠晓月“泡着温泉、住在江边”成为现实，单盘销售重庆第一名，第一大道滨江商业开始启动。同时，物业管理、温泉开发运营等多产业发展。
In 2002, construction of Nanbin Road completed; Haitang Xiaoyue Hot Spring Resort opened; Haitang Xiaoyue made“Enjoying hot spring and residing at riverside" a reality and became No. 1 property in Chongqing interms of sales; the First Avenue Commercial Property commenced; and property management and hot spring development and operation also started.

In 2006, Wansheng Urban Complex (300,000m2) and Shizhu Huangshui Sun Lake Tourism Project (100km2）were commenced, marking the beginning of Puhui Group' s development in multi-projects and multi-l locations.

2007年至2012年期间，随着皇冠假日酒店、海棠晓月温泉度假圣地、绿宫度假酒店、毕兹卡绿宫景区、大风堡景区及海棠晓月项目.万盛项目、石柱项目及滨江大酒店项目等陆续投入运营和交付，浦辉人已完成了近150万房地产项目开发，同时涉及酒店管理、旅游开发运营、餐饮服务等多个产业，标志着浦辉集团多领域，多产业复合型的发展。
